How do I get started on a laundry plan?

After purchasing your plan, you come into our store location and we will walk you through the process of getting set up with the service. We will have you up and running in no time!

How does the laundry plan work?

Each week, you'll fill up your Dorm Essentials-provided laundry bags with dirty laundry.  If you have our delivery service, you'll simply leave the bags outside your door and request a pickup on our mobile app, Clothespin.  Your clothes will be returned to you, washed, dried, and folded, within 48 hours.  If you have a non-delivery plan, you'll drop off and pick up your laundry from our storefront at 69 Mt. Auburn St.

What is the turnaround time for laundry and dry cleaning service?

For customers with our delivery service, your clothes will be at your door by the end of the day two days after you request your clothes be picked up. For any laundry brought to our store location, if it is dropped off before 1pm, it will be available the following day by 2pm. Anything dropped off after 1pm will be available after 2pm two days later. For dry cleaning and launder and press service, all items will be available at opening two business days after being dropped off.  

How do dry cleaning credits work?

Save time and money by buying dry cleaning credits online.  Save 10% on all dry cleaning services when you purchase credits online.  Save time at checkout by avoiding the hassle of a payment method - simply apply credits from your account to your purchase.

How do water plans work?

HSA partners with a water supplier to provide filtered water and other beverages to student dorms. We offer free standing hot and cold water units, which we deliver to your room at the beginning of the year. We then deliver refill jugs and beverages to your dorm monthly throughout the academic year. Once you purchase a plan we will email you with our delivery schedule for the semester.

When will my items be delivered?

If you order by August 17th, your MicroFridge/Safe will be delivered when you arrive on campus.  If you order your dorm essentials after August 17th your MicroFridge/Safe will be delivered after you have arrived on campus.
