Our Summer Storage solution is tailor-made for Harvard students, offering an affordable and convenient way to keep your items safe until you return. With four sets of pick-up and drop-off dates with locations on the river and the quad, we provide flexibility to match your schedule. 

This product is one unit of storage, for one box, measuring 18 x 18 x 24 inches, which you can purchase from HSA or other stores. This standardized sizing ensures your belongings are securely stored and easily managed throughout the summer. Opt for our affordable storage option designed specifically for Harvard students, and sail through your summer break with one less thing to worry about!

To purchase storage for multiple boxes, please buy multiple units of storage.

 Dates and Locations:

Location: Winthrop Grille and Littauer parking lot

1. Drop-off: Friday, May 3rd, 2024; Pick-up: Saturday, August 31st, 2024 

Location: Winthrop Grille and Quad

2. Drop-off: Tuesday, May 7th, 2024; Pick-up: Wednesday, August 28th, 2024

3. Drop-off: Thursday, May 9th, 2024; Pick-up: Friday, August 30th, 2024.

4. Drop-off: Friday, May 10th, 2024; Pick-up: Thursday, August 29th, 2024.

There will also be an additional pick-up on the first day of school on September 3, 2024 for students unable to pick-up their items on the days listed above.

Once you have bought summer storage, you can register your boxes and get your box labels on this website: https://trendstudentstorage.com/harvard. 

It will ask you for your HUID and your Order Number from HSADORMESSENTIALSXXXXX. The XXXXX is your order number.

For BOXES: You may pick up boxes that you bought at 69 Mt. Auburn St. from 1-3PM Monday-Saturday.
